SEPCO (Sukkur Electric Power Company) serves northern Sindh, including Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Khairpur, Ghotki and surrounding districts. It was created by separating these areas from HESCO.
What makes SEPCO bills different
- Some of the world's hottest summers: Jacobabad and Sukkur regularly see extreme temperatures, so cooling demand is very high.
- Agricultural connections: tube-wells and rural feeders form a large part of the network.
- Recovery and loss issues: some feeders face long load-shedding and estimated billing, so keeping records of readings and payments is important.
How to check your SEPCO bill online

- Find the 14-digit reference number printed near the top of any old SEPCO bill.
- Open our bill checker, select SEPCO and enter the number (without spaces).
- You will be sent to the official PITC SEPCO bill page, where you can view, download or print the duplicate bill.
We only check the number format and redirect you; your bill is shown by the official system.
Complaints and help
- Call the national electricity helpline 118 from your mobile phone to report faults or outages.
- For billing errors, visit your SEPCO sub-division office with the bill, your CNIC and a dated photo of your meter reading, and submit a written complaint.
- If the problem is not resolved, consumers can file a complaint with NEPRA.
Saving tips for SEPCO consumers
