SEPCO (Sukkur Electric Power Company) serves northern Sindh — Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Khairpur, Ghotki and nearby districts. You can view your SEPCO bill online with your reference number instead of waiting for the paper bill.

Reference number
Printed at the top of every SEPCO bill: 14 digits, sometimes followed by a letter. Use only the digits. SEPCO was created from HESCO, so if you have a very old bill showing HESCO, use the number from a recent SEPCO bill.
How to check the SEPCO bill
- Open our bill checker and select SEPCO.
- Enter your 14-digit reference number.
- Click Check Official Bill to open the official PITC SEPCO page.
- View, print or save the bill as PDF.
After opening the bill
- Check units against your meter — summers in Jacobabad and Sukkur are extremely hot, and AC use can push bills very high.
- Look for average billing if no reading was taken.
- Make sure arrears are correct.
If the SEPCO bill does not open
- Enter exactly 14 digits, without spaces or the final letter.
- Make sure SEPCO is selected; a reference number works only on its own company's page.
- The official portal can be slow near due dates — try again after a few minutes.
- New connections appear only after the first bill is issued.
Ways to pay the bill
- Mobile banking and internet banking apps of most Pakistani banks (look under "Utility Bills" → "Electricity").
- Mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa.
- Bank branches and post offices before the due date.
Keep the payment confirmation until the next bill shows the amount as paid.
