TESCO (Tribal Electric Supply Company) serves the newly merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that were formerly part of FATA, such as Khyber, Bajaur, Mohmand, Kurram, Orakzai, North Waziristan and South Waziristan.
What makes TESCO bills different
- Unique billing history: many areas in TESCO's territory historically had flat-rate or unmetered supply, and metering is still being expanded.
- Government support: a large part of the cost of supply in these areas has been covered by federal support, and special arrangements may apply.
- Mountainous terrain: long feeders and difficult access can affect supply and maintenance.
How to check your TESCO bill online

- Find the 14-digit reference number printed near the top of any old TESCO bill.
- Open our bill checker, select TESCO and enter the number (without spaces).
- You will be sent to the official PITC TESCO bill page, where you can view, download or print the duplicate bill.
We only check the number format and redirect you; your bill is shown by the official system.
Complaints and help
- Call the national electricity helpline 118 from your mobile phone to report faults or outages.
- For billing errors, visit your TESCO sub-division office with the bill, your CNIC and a dated photo of your meter reading, and submit a written complaint.
- If the problem is not resolved, consumers can file a complaint with NEPRA.
Tips for TESCO consumers
- If you have a metered connection, check that the reading on the bill matches your meter.
- Keep copies of all bills and payment receipts.
- Contact your local TESCO office for questions about metering or tariff category.
