QESCO (Quetta Electric Supply Company) supplies electricity across most of Balochistan, from Quetta to Sibi, Nasirabad, Jaffarabad, Khuzdar, Loralai and Zhob. Because distances are long and paper bills can arrive late, checking the QESCO bill online is often the fastest way to know the amount and due date.

Reference number
Your 14-digit reference number is printed at the top of the bill. Enter only the digits, without spaces or the final letter.
Steps to check the QESCO bill
- Open our bill checker and select QESCO.
- Enter your 14-digit reference number.
- Click Check Official Bill to open the official PITC QESCO page.
- View, print or save the bill as PDF.
Agricultural tube-well consumers
A large share of QESCO connections are agricultural tube-wells. These are billed under the agricultural (D) tariff, and the government has announced different subsidy and solarisation schemes for Balochistan's tube-wells over the years. When you view an agricultural bill online:
- Check the tariff code and sanctioned load.
- Check whether any subsidy or relief is shown.
- Confirm arrears match your records.
Domestic consumers in Quetta
Quetta winters are cold. If you use electric heaters, expect higher winter units and plan to stay within the protected limit (200 units a month for six months) where possible.
If the QESCO bill does not open
- Enter exactly 14 digits, without spaces or the final letter.
- Make sure QESCO is selected; a reference number works only on its own company's page.
- The official portal can be slow near due dates — try again after a few minutes.
- New connections appear only after the first bill is issued.
Ways to pay the bill
- Mobile banking and internet banking apps of most Pakistani banks (look under "Utility Bills" → "Electricity").
- Mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa.
- Bank branches and post offices before the due date.
Keep the payment confirmation until the next bill shows the amount as paid.
