To check your bill online, you need to choose the right electricity company. If you have a reference number but are not sure which DISCO it belongs to, here's how to find out.

Check the bill itself

The simplest way: the DISCO's name and logo are printed at the top of every bill — LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, TESCO or HAZECO.

Use your location

Each company covers specific districts:

Karachi is served by K-Electric, which uses a different billing system and account number.

Use the sub-division code

The middle part of the reference number is a sub-division code that identifies the office serving you. Your DISCO's offices or helpline (118) can confirm which company and sub-division it belongs to.

Recently changed areas

Some areas moved between companies in recent years — for example Hazara from PESCO to HAZECO, and northern Sindh from HESCO to SEPCO in the past. If your area changed, use the company named on your latest bill.

Still unsure?

Try the company that covers your district in our bill checker. If the bill does not open, try the neighbouring company or call 118 with your reference number.
